The IAU coordinator for IYA 2009 Mr. Pedro Russo and the director of Shanghai Astronomical Observatory will officially open InterSoles conference and exhibition on July 21st at Shangri-La Pudong Hotel. Mr Russo will talk about An Unique Year of Astronomy as the first speaker.
